We do not sell or license our customer information to 3rd parties for use in marketing solicitation. However, we may use your information to show your more relevant and meaningful content based on your interests, including notifying you about our promotions, sweepstakes, and offers. If you order a product from us or request a catalog, you are placed in our customer file and may receive transactional, promotional emails, and or direct mail from us.

Request Removal Of My Personal Information

In the event that you would like us to remove your information from our systems we are more than happy to do so. Once your information is removed you will no longer have access to your rewards, all outstanding rewards certificates will be invalidated, your order history will not be available to you and you will no longer be able to login to Big Dog Sportwear website.

Please also note that if your would like return or process a warrenty request, once your information is removed we cannot accomodate these requests. Once you select this option, it cannot be undone. Please allow 24 hours to process your request.
