Order Processing Times

Big Dogs process orders 5 days a week from our east coast-based distribution facility. Your delivery address distance from our facility may impact shipping times. Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx, FedEx Smartpost or USPS transportation flow anywhere and with little warning. As interruptions occur, we will work with the carrier to make sure your order arrives as soon as it can safely be delivered.

Logistics networks nationwide including Fed Ex may experience package delays. Big Dogs cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and we continue to work with our partners to deliver in a timely fashion. Please allow at least 3 business days to process graphic-related items.

For items printed to order will typically take an additional 2-3 business days to process before shipping.

For in-stock items shipping within the continental U.S. typically ship within 5 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.

Printed to Order
For items printed to order will typically take an additional 2-3 business days to process before shipping.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada:

Hawaii & Alaska:  We ship Monday through Friday to Hawaii (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Canada: All orders shipped internationally will include a shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order. For rate information, please see the chart above.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

Big Dogs adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:
