Over 1200 dogs and 16,000 spectators fill downtown Santa Barbara for the Big Dog Parade and Canine Festival each year! Participants and their furry friends dress in hilarious costumes and strut their stuff for the judges in hopes of winning fabulous contest prizes and bragging rights!

10:30am:  Canine Festival at Chase Palm Park
     
 
The Big Dog Parade begins at the corner of State St. and De La Guerra St.
The Canine Festival is held at Chase Palm Park on Cabrillo Blvd.
 
     
 
100% of the proceeds from the Big Dog Parade and Canine Festival go to the Big Dog Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit charity that donates to charities that help dogs, children and dogs that help people.
