Q. How do I know that Big Dog received my online order?
A. After you click "PROCESS ORDER", you will receive a confirmation number with our thanks. If you do not receive a confirmation number and message, you will be presented with a screen that indicates the aspects of your order that need to be revised. When you have made the necessary revisions, click "PROCESS ORDER" again. If you still do not receive a confirmation or if you have additional questions, please contact us either by email at internetcustomerservice@bigdogs.com or call us at 1-855-650-5436 Monday - Friday: 8am - 10pm ET, Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 6:30pm ET so that we can help you complete the order.
Q. What is the Big Dog return and exchange policy?
A. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive at our facility. This time may vary depending on the shipping method. Once we receive the items your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days and may take additional time to appear on your credit/debit card. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed at our facility.

Q. When does sales tax get charged?
A. State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who live in states where we have retail stores and established offices.
